JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN is firmly committed to the principles of
transparency, accountability, integrity, and ethical governance in all
its financial procedures and administrative practices. Our organisation
believes that every contribution entrusted by our donors carries with it
a responsibility to ensure that such funds are managed honestly,
prudently, and solely for the charitable objects of our organisation.
Our organisation welcomes financial and non-financial contributions from
individuals, corporate entities, charitable institutions,
philanthropic organisations, and other lawful sources whose activities
are consistent with the aims, objectives, and ethical standards of our
organisation, JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN.
To safeguard the integrity and reputation of our organisation,
appropriate due diligence may be undertaken before accepting donations
from any person or entity. Our organisation reserves the right to
refuse or decline any donation that, in the opinion of our competent
authority, may adversely affect our independence, reputation,
charitable objectives, or legal compliance.
If, after acceptance of a donation, it is established through due
process that a donor has been convicted by a court of competent
jurisdiction for offences involving corruption, terrorism financing,
money laundering, fraud, or other serious criminal misconduct, or if
retaining such donation would violate applicable law, our organisation
may, subject to the applicable legal requirements, reject, return,
surrender, or otherwise deal with the donation in accordance with the
law.
Any decision to reject, return, or otherwise dispose of a donation is
taken by the competent governing body of our organisation in accordance
with its Constitution, applicable laws, and principles of natural
justice.
