DECLARATION / UNDERTAKING

I do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

That the personal particulars furnished by me while applying for membership of JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN, an apolitical, irreligious, non-governmental, non-profit-making organisation, are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I further declare that I have not misrepresented or concealed any material facts relating to my identity or personal information.

That I have carefully read and understood the aims, objectives, rules, regulations, and constitution of JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN, which were explained to me at the time of applying for membership. I undertake to abide by and comply with all such rules, regulations, decisions, and lawful directions of the organisation.

That, in the event of my violating any of the rules, regulations, code of conduct, or policies of JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN, I shall be solely responsible for the consequences. I agree that the organisation shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against me in accordance with its rules and regulations, and I shall not raise any objection thereto.

I hereby request the competent authority to enrol me as a member of JANANI JANSHAKTI SANGATHAN in accordance with its rules and regulations. I assure you that I shall sincerely uphold the aims, objectives, rules, and regulations of the organisation and actively contribute towards achieving its noble mission and objectives.

I declare that the statements made herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief, and that nothing material has been concealed therefrom.
