The Non-Profit Making, Non-Government Janani Janshakti Sangathan Trust in India and its various States has trademarked the name Janani Janshakti Sangathan as the Trust as well as the Trade Mark Logo or Emblem. No person shall use for the purpose of any trade, business, calling or profession or any patent, trademark or design this protected name / emblem or any colourable imitation thereof without the written permission of Janani Janshakti Sangathan. In the event of violation of concerned rules and regulations under any circumstances, The Janani Janshakti Sangathan is free to take any disciplinary action against them without assigning any reason thereof and they shall be entirely responsible for it.
