Every worker deserves dignity, fair treatment, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities. The Constitution of India guarantees equality before the law and provides a democratic framework within which citizens may peacefully express their views. Workers, like all citizens, have the right to advocate for their interests through peaceful, lawful and democratic means while respecting the rights of others and the rule of law.
